Immersive Public Policy Event

Our MSc Public Policy provides you with a global understanding of policy processes and skills in data analysis for evidence-based policymaking, combined with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience to enhance your employability. From the economy and the environment to education, migration, healthcare and beyond, today’s policymakers face a multitude of complex challenges. Our custom-designed MSc in Public Policy examines global policy concerns, explores what solutions exist, how policy decisions are made, how they are implemented, and how they impact different social groups.

This exciting new programme also has a capstone module where students will work with one of our international partners and affiliates to solve a real-world policy issue. Our list of current partners includes organisations such as the UK Ministry of Justice and International Crisis Group, among others.

Come learn more about this brand-new programme and experience the learning and teaching by partaking in an immersive simulation exercise during which you will tackle a major policy problem.

Academic staff teaching on the programme will elaborate on the advantages of this programme and pursuing your postgraduate studies at Durham University and SGIA. There will also be a chance to ask questions and get to know academic staff. This is a great opportunity for you to learn more about this brand-new programme.
