Biography

I am an archaeologist and ancient historian who works on Archaic and Classical Greece. I have a strong interest in digital methods, and in how emerging technologies can help to deepen our understanding of the past.

Before joining Durham, I completed my studies in Cambridge, also spending time at the Ruhr Universität (Bochum) and in Athens. I then served as Assistant Director at the British School at Athens for three years, followed by a Leverhulme Early Career Fellowship at Cambridge. At Cambridge, I also held the positions of Director of Studies in Classics and Praelector at Queens’ College.

Schools Talks and Outreach
