Regulation of Social Media: the Limits of Content Moderation in a democratic environment

The HRPLC plan to engage in a range of events in conjunction with other Law-based Centres; one is planned already later in 2025 (October TBC) with ICCL: R Miranda Silva – ‘Regulation of Social Media: the Limits of Content Moderation in a democratic environment’ . This fits well with the current work of some members of the Centre, including Dimitrios, Ge, Helen, on regulation of social media.
