Richard Walker OBE (Geography, St Aidan’s, 1998-2001) visited Durham recently to deliver a lecture to our students about how his studies and university experiences have helped shape his career and his life.

With the announcement of the King’s New Year Honours List 2025, we extend our congratulations to our alumni and friends who have been recognised and celebrate their outstanding achievements.

More than 7,000 students from over 120 countries celebrate the completion of their degrees at our Congregation ceremonies.
