Durham Law School is proud to announce the significant investment for an interdisciplinary project - Just Transitions to a Net Zero World (JusTN0W). JusTN0W seeks to accelerate the decarbonization of economies while fostering societal well-being for current and future generations.

The Durham Law School and CSDLP are glad to be involved in the work of the Caribbean States on their submissions to the International Court of Justice, in the advisory proceedings concerning the obligations of States in relation to climate change.

Lecture delivered to our 3rd year law students on the Climate Change Law & Policy module by the Honourable Justice Brian Preston, Chief Judge of the Land and Environment Court, New South Wales, Australia and visiting Professor at Durham Law School.
