Sustainable Development Goals
The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), also known as the Global Goals, were adopted by all United Nations Member States in 2015, they are a blueprint to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all.
These 17 goals have the power to create a better world by 2030, by ending poverty, fighting inequality and addressing the urgency of climate change. This matters to each of us because we are all responsible for being a part of the change. Our actions today affect our children in the future. Everyone deserves a fair and equal chance in life. At Durham University we are committed towards building an inclusive and sustainable future.
